RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or a refund. Return authorizations must be requested within 7 days of receipt and must be received back to us within 7 days of the return authorization approval date. Sale merchandise, fragrance, swimwear, and lingerie are Final Sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.

All returns must include a return authorization number. See below for instructions on how to receive a return authorization. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact. Jewelry and shoes must be returned in original packaging.

We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.

In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.

We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.

We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

 

WEB RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PROCEDURE

  1. Before sending out your return/exchange package, please log in to your account and click "Return Items." If you would like to return something you purchased using a guest login, please click here:
  2. Click "Create Return Request", select the items and reasons for the return and click "Create". Your Return Authorization number (RA#) will be emailed to you once we process your request; please allow up to 72 hours for processing. All requests for RA numbers must be made online. No RA numbers are available via telephone, fax, or mail.
  3. Print your confirmation email and include it with your package.
  4. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Jewelry must be returned in original packaging. Please write your RA# very visibly on the outside of the package.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped via UPS on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.

Our shipping rates are:
$10 Flat Rate anywhere in the US.
2-Day: $25
Overnight: $45
In-store pickup: Free! (Please wait for us to notify you that our order is ready for pickup.)
For express service, orders must be submitted Monday-Friday by 1PM EST. Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-10 business days. If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

River Mint Finery is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

IN STORE PICKUPS
In-store pickups may take 1-4 days to process. You will be notified when the order is ready. For verification purposes, please bring the credit card used for purchase as well as valid ID when picking up your order.

 

LOST PACKAGES
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. If you would like to waive our signature upon delivery requirement, please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

    SALE, DISCOUNT CODE & PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
    All sale items sold online are subject to availability. We will try our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock item.

    Sale merchandise is final sale; sale discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or offer codes. Full-priced merchandise purchased with a discount code are not final sale.

    To apply discount/coupon codes, please register and log-in to your account. Promotional codes may not be applied to prior orders.
